Banned from the Pub IV...This is my fourth time around conducting the Banned From the Pub bar night at the Attic. Back story is the Attic Bar was faced with a lawsuit from a neighbor in July who complained about the music being too loud.
My original monthly got canceled until further notice. The lawsuit continued.....
Then out of the blue I got a email stating I-pods/Computers or digital players were fine. I'm guessing it has to do with the sneakiness of entering the bar with said devices as oppose to being seen with crates of records. Thus neighbors thinking there is no DJ.
I personally don't call it DJing but Selecting and pressing buttons. So I Selector Squid will be pressing buttons once again at the Attic Wednesday, Sept 29th at 10pm. This night in the past has had some awesome crowds. People just chillin with friends, having a pint and listening to good music.
